Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments without notice, are considered no-shows and will incur a $50.00 fee.

Patients with multiple no-shows or late cancellations will be required to prepay for future appointments or may be dismissed from the practice at the provider’s discretion.
